Why would you need one? How to you set one up? It is by KELLY THOMPSON, PLC and TIA MARSILI from The Arc of NoVA. Protect Medicaid benefits by establishing a special needs trust. Income or inheritance beyond a very small amount will cause ineligibility. Essential care for those with disabilities is so very expensive that most will rely on some form of public aid to make ends meet in the future. Be sure to protect those benefits. An attorney familiar with special needs trusts can help avoid financial pitfalls. Pooled trusts are also available for those who may have nobody to act as trustee. Come learn more. It is on Thursday, January 7th from 7 to 9:30pm at the Burke Community Church (Room 31A), 9000 Old Keene Mill Road, Burke, VA (at NE corner of FFX CTY PKWY and Old Keene Mill Road). In order to provide a more accepting and comfortable setting for this unique audience, the movie auditoriums will have their lights brought up and the sound turned down, families will be able to bring in their own gluten-free, casein-free snacks, and no previews or advertisements will be shown before the movie.
