| We will be offering a class useful to ALL of our families and we hope you are available to attend! Melissa and Jennie are giving a class on teaching your child compliance.
How many times have you tried to get your child into the car, out of the car, into the doctor's office or out of the moon bounce??? Let PVBIA / POAC-NoVA help with this very parent-friendly class on Saturday, January 23rd from 10:10am - 1:10pm for $25 in Fairfax. Teachers and therapists are welcome to attend so feel free to share this email. In the anti-rigidity class we will be covering what is rigid behavior and what patterns and trends we see in the field. We will also cover how families and school personnel foster and create rigid behavior and how to reduce rigid behavior through a systematic behavioral approach. To register, please email smcgrail@poac-nova.org with your name and whether you are a parent or teacher. Then please pay $25 online at http://www.poac-nova.org/pay . Please let me know if you have any questions. Best, Shannon and Team PVBIA |
